Introducing ArmaPlanner — First Public Release
Today marks the first public release of ArmaPlanner, a web-based platform designed to centralize mission creation, briefings, and player coordination for Arma 3 groups. ArmaPlanner gathers mission images, modpacks, briefings, and role management into one place, allowing units and mission makers to plan cleaner, communicate clearer, and run smoother operations.
Core Features
- Draft → Publish workflow for creating and managing missions.
- Mission categorization and badges (for example, "Special Ops" or "No Respawn").
- Image and modpack support — upload mission images and modpack files, export missions as HTML packages for players.
- Intel and briefing documents with file attachments, classification levels, and threaded comments.
- Role definition and applications — define role names, descriptions, slot counts, and rank or experience requirements. Players can apply for roles and track their status.
- Steam sign-in integration — automatically imports your display name and avatar, and tracks mission participation and application history.
Work in Progress
Development continues on new features:
- Discord Bot — for mission notifications, role synchronization, and related features.
- In-Game Interface Addon — access mission data and roles directly from within Arma 3.
Why Use ArmaPlanner
ArmaPlanner eliminates the need for scattered PDFs, Discord messages, and Drive folders by providing a single structured environment for mission organization. Creators benefit from a streamlined workflow, and players get clear expectations, application management, and all essential mission data in one place.
